The VCCS Vertical Compact Cladding Station is designed for cost-effective overlay welding of components. The VCCS station is a powerful system with CNC control, Precision Ball Screw Liner Guide Movement parts equipped with servo motor, ease to use is the basic concept when we design the system, data-Logging function is also designed as standard function.

COMPONENTS

  • COLUMN & BOOM.

We provide highly precise torch positioning and guidance by using of servo motors and ball screw precision guides.
Boom is equipped with weight balancing system to ensure extreme safety concern about all our customer's staff, Safety is always in our mind.

  • DIGITAL POWER SOURCE SET & WATER-COOLING UNIT.

The power source team: TETRIX 452 DC Ethernet/IP, TETRIX 180 hot wire and 5200 temperature PID controlled high-performance refrigeration cooling unit– completely digital for better welding outcome using the TIG Hot Wire welding process with HF unit.

We also provide welding and hot wire power source with our own brand Fit-Clad 400R(HW) which is also site proved and cost effective solution.

 

  • WF 100 WIREFEEDER.

Wire feeder with twin 4-roller unit driving by servo motor to feed the filler metal precisely and smoothly all the way from the wire spool/drum to the workpiece.
Twin wire feeding system gives perfect flexibility for different components

  • XRT 5000 ROTATING TABLE.

Horizontal rotating table with precision gears driven by servo motor for precise welding outcome. Table plate with centering grooves and clamping jaws.

Slip-ring option for connection to a component pre-heating unit.
Slip-ring option for connection to a component compressed air-cooling unit.

  • CLADDING WELDING TORCH.

Torch angle adjustable TIG automatic welding torches for a wide range of applications.
The TWIN-Wire option is also available with these torches.

We provide intersection cladding as a standard function. Below you can find more functions by select different program options. All below red, green and pink color area can be weld overlaid full automatically. Which will bring best quality and lower human power to our valued customer.
